Product Details
The Control Cover is adjustable.
You can open it partially or almost straight up, depending
on how well your chimney draws. This saves you energy
over a regular damper system which can only be either
open all the way, or be shut.
Durable Construction.
The standard Control Covers are constructed of cold
rolled steel that is powder coated with black enamel
and baked to give a durable finish. All hardware is
supplied for installation, including 30 feet of woven
wire rope.
Installation is easy.
To install the unit, you will need a 5/16 masonry drill
bit to install the cable mounting in your firebox. No
drilling is required at the chimney top.
